Since the layout was originally developed using the German alphabet, the corresponding initial letters differ in English.
Arrival:
Check-in is available from 15:00. If you happen to arrive earlier, feel free to use our parking spaces and, during the summer, collect your Super. Summer. Card. from us. This allows you to enjoy your first day to the fullest. Please let us know your expected arrival time so we can make sure everything is perfectly prepared for you.
Departure:
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartment and check out by 09:30 at the latest.
Deposit:
A deposit of 30% of the total amount is required.Please transfer this to the specified account (see reservation confirmation) within the designated period.

Bed linen:
Bed linen is included in the price. If you stay with us for more than two weeks, your linen will be changed once for you.
Payment:
We kindly ask you to transfer the outstanding balance prior to your arrival. This ensures a stress-free start to your holiday and avoids any potential technical issues on-site. The bread delivery service can be paid in cash or by card at our reception upon your departure.
Bus:
Several bus stops for public transport, as well as the regional hiking bus, are located just a one-minute walk away from your apartment.

Charging:
An E-charging station for your electric vehicle is available for a fee right at the apartment parking spaces.Your
E-bike can also be charged for free at the bicycle storage area.

Digital & Entertainment:
The living area and all bedrooms feature flat-screen TVs showing the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis channel. Access the latest local news and live webcam views from the region right inside your apartment.,

Shopping:
A grocery store is located right in the village center and can be reached in just one minute on foot.Final Cleaning:The one-time final cleaning fee of 120€ per apartment is not included in the price.

Bicycles:
Secure and lockable storage spaces for your bicycles are available in the garden.Please remember to bring your own bike lock so that your bicycle is safely protected and can be used exclusively by you during your stay.

Garden:
In the summer, a pleasant garden with a children's play area is open for guests of both apartments to enjoy.
Grilling:
We are happy to provide a barbecue free of charge upon reservation. We kindly ask that you bring your own charcoal and briquettes.

Towels:
We are happy to change your hand and shower towels, as well as your kitchen linens. In the interest of the environment, we kindly ask that you limit this to one change per week during your stay. Additional changes are available upon request for a small extra charge.
Dogs:
Dogs are partially allowed in our apartments. Please mention your four-legged friend when making your inquiry. The surcharge per dog is €40.00 per night. To ensure a harmonious stay for both humans and animals, we ask you to observe the following: Please bring your own dog bed and feeding bowl for your beloved pet. Beautiful walking paths are just a few steps away; please use these for walking your dog. The garden and terraces are strictly off-limits for this purpose, including in winter!
High Chairs:
We are happy to provide a high chair and travel cot for your toddler (up to 3 years old). Please let us know before your arrival so that we can perfectly prepare your apartment for you.

High-speed surfing is guaranteed with our complimentary Wi-Fi connection.

Children:
Playing and running around is encouraged. Our garden features a playground with a swing, slide, and sandbox for our young guests. While the children play, parents can enjoy a relaxing coffee on the adjacent terrace. Use at your own risk.

Waste SeparationTo protect the environment,
we separate our waste. In the designated room, you will find our recycling station for paper, glass, plastic, and general waste. Thank you for your support in helping us look after nature during your stay.

Parking:
Each apartment comes with two reserved parking spaces. If you plan to bring more than two vehicles, please send us an inquiry before your scheduled arrival.

Spring WaterThirsty?
Our tap water has excellent drinking water quality. You can enjoy it without hesitation - fresh, cool and directly from the tap. It protects the wallet and the environment!

Smoking Policy:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments.Please use the terrace for your smoking breaks and enjoy the breathtaking views of the Tyrolean Alps while you are at it.

Ski Storage:
Each apartment includes two private ski lockers located directly at the cable car station. One locker provides enough space for the equipment of two adults and one child. If you require more storage, additional lockers can be reserved in advance for a fee.
Ski Lessons:
We recommend booking your lessons with the Fiss-Ladis Ski School ahead of time. This helps you avoid unnecessary waiting times and ensures a stress-free start to your skiing day.
Ski Passes:
You can purchase your skipass easily and conveniently at the cable car valley station in Ladis.
Cancellation Policy:
Please refer to our General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for details on cancellation policies.

Taxi Services:
Would you like to leave your car at home or do you need a transfer to the train station or airport? There are several reliable providers in our area. We specifically recommend the SFL Taxi company reachable at +43 5472 20720. For trips to train stations or airports, we suggest booking your ride reasonably well in advance.

Accommodation Keys:
Arriving late in the evening? No need to worry. If our team is no longer on-site personally, we will leave your room key securely in the key safe located directly at the entrance. You will receive the access code in good time before your arrival, allowing you to start your holiday in a relaxed way and without any time pressure.

Laundry Services:
For any washing needs during your stay, a washing machine and tumble dryer are available on-site. We charge a fee of €10 per wash cycle and €10 for the use of the dryer. Please simply let us know when you need to use them, and we will take care of the arrangements for you quickly and easily.
