PRIVACY POLICY
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). In this privacy policy, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. Where personal data (for example name, address, or email addresses) is collected on our pages, this is always done on a voluntary basis wherever possible. This data will not be passed on to third parties without your explicit consent.
We would like to point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g., communication by email) may have security vulnerabilities. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
Web Server Log
For the proper functioning and possible troubleshooting of websites, logs are generally stored on the web server, including IP addresses. Like many other companies, we operate our website via the servers of a professional service provider.
Although IP addresses alone do not constitute personal data, they could theoretically be assigned to individuals using tracking tools. In addition, the time, browser type, and visited page are stored. These logs are deleted after one month.
Form
If you send us inquiries via the contact form, your details from the inquiry form, including the contact data you provided there, will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the request and in case of follow-up questions.
Your accommodation request can only be submitted electronically if you explicitly consent to this privacy and data usage declaration by clicking the corresponding checkbox.
We will not share this data without your consent. Please refer to this privacy policy.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. These are small text files stored on your device using your browser. They do not cause any damage.
We use cookies to make our service more user-friendly. Some cookies remain stored on your device until you delete them. They allow us to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not wish this, you can configure your browser to inform you about the setting of cookies and allow this only in individual cases. Disabling cookies may limit the functionality of our website.
Web Analytics
Our website uses functions of the web analytics services Google Analytics and Matomo. The provider of Google Analytics is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Matomo runs on the servers of Cookis GmbH, 6460 Imst, Franz Xaver Rennstraße 4 (Bakehouse customers).
Cookies are used to analyze the use of the website by its users. The information generated is transferred to and stored on the servers of the respective providers.
You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored.
Your IP address is recorded but immediately pseudonymized by deleting the last eight bits. This allows only rough localization.
Data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.
Our concern in terms of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. Since the privacy of our users is important to us, user data is pseudonymized.

If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.
Data Storage
We point out that, for the purpose of simplifying the shopping process and for subsequent contract processing, the web shop operator stores the IP data of the connection owner via cookies, as well as the buyer’s name, address, and credit card number.
In addition, the following data is also stored by us for the purpose of contract processing: [company to complete].
The data you provide is required for contract fulfillment or for carrying out pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you.
Data is not transferred to third parties, except for the transmission of credit card data to the processing banking institutions/payment service providers for the purpose of debiting the purchase price, to the transport/shipping company commissioned by us for delivery of the goods, and to our tax advisor to fulfill our tax obligations.
If the purchasing process is aborted, the stored data will be deleted.
In the case of a contract, all data from the contractual relationship will be stored until the expiry of the tax retention period (7 years).
The data name, address, purchased goods, and purchase date will also be stored beyond this period until the expiry of product liability (10 years).
Data processing is carried out on the basis of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or lit. b (necessary for contract fulfillment) of the GDPR.
